The Parashar Rishi Temple is an ancient pagoda-style temple located at the picturesque Prashar Lake in the Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh, India. The temple is dedicated to Sage Parashara, a revered figure in Hindu mythology and the grandson of Sage Vashishta.

Legends say that Rishi Parashar meditated here and the lake itself was formed after he struck the ground with his stick. The temple is believed to have been built sometime in the 14th century by Raja Ban Sen of Mandi.

The temple is constructed out of wood, possibly deodar, and features intricate carvings of animals and serpents. The three-storied pagoda-like architecture is a common feature in the region. Inside the temple, there is a sanctum sanctorum housing an idol of Rishi Parashar.
